HOW TO OPERATE THE COIL CAR AND DECOILER IN 3 IN 1 NC SERVO FEEDER?

1.push the button coil car forward and backward. Load the coil on the coil car.

2.operate the decoiler mandrel to collapse the smallest.

3.push the button coil car lifts the coil up until the core of the coil is the line of the decoiler mandrel, and operate the coil car move to the coil to the decoiler mandrel.

4.push the button decoiler expansion, the decoiler expand the coil.

Note: In the coil loading, the coil car must lift the coil up until the core of the coil is the line of the decoiler mandrel. The decoiler mandrel must collapse the smallest before handling the coil. Otherwise, the coil will be damaged. The decoile must be full expansion before decoiling.

5.Make sure everything is ok, let the coil car move back, that is all for the coil installation.
