Very pleasure to introduce spring machine to you. 

First we need to make the metal strip use the below machines.

The whole includes 1 set of flat decoiler machine, FU-1000, 1 set of high speed roll feeder machine RF-105NS,1 set of high speed press machine RC-25t or RC-45T or RC-60T and 1 set of progressive mould.

Second, we use the spring machine to assemble the metal strip and copper wire together.

The metal strip is produced by high speed press line, 
And then we use the spring machine to insert copper wire into metal buttons.
