1. This is a special designed straightener for the materials that need high precision punching treatment. As we all know, coil material fails in the key functions without the flattening and stress relieving treatments.
3. The flattening adjusting adopts the floating four-point balancing equipment, with the dial indicator, which can find the leveling point rapidly.
4. Each straightening wheel of the S series precision straightener adopts the flatting satellite to prevent the distortion in the manufacturing process from happening, which improved the products flatness quality.
5. With the fixed bottom secondary roller, enhanced the bottom wheel rigidity and prevent it distorts.
7. The transmission wheel adopts the compellent cycling immersion oil lubrication to reduce the wheel abrasion and be able to work under the high temperature condition for a long time.
8. Adopts the synchronous transmission structure to transfer each leveling roller individually to lower the panel surface flatness improving requirement because of the interspaces caused by wheels rotating.
9. The additional lubricating system prolonged the machine life span and enables it to work under the stable condition in long time.

High Precision Straightener Machine Features:
1. This is a special designed straightener for the materials that need high precision punching treatment. As we all know, coil material fails in the key functions without the flattening and stress relieving treatments.
2. The flattening and the straightening secondary wheels adopt the imported SUJ2, milling after HRC60degree, hea treatment and starts production after plating the hard chrome to ensure the evenness of the chrome layers and the form tolerances of each bearing.
3. The flattening adjusting adopts the floating four-point balancing equipment, with the dial indicator, which can find the leveling point rapidly.
4. Each straightening wheel of the S series precision straightener adopts the flatting satellite to prevent the distortion in the manufacturing process from happening, which improved the products flatness quality.

6. Upper secondary roller adopts the floating style and obtains different pressures according to the requirement to strengthen the life of the straightening wheel and improve the surface flatness requirement of the panel.

8. Adopts the synchronous transmission structure to transfer each leveling roller individually to lower the panel surface flatness improving requirement because of the interspaces caused by wheels rotating.

10. Due to the differences of the material quality, width and thickness, there are no fixed values as the preferences; therefore, taking some materials for pilot run before the mass production and start the continuous assembly after it reaches the standard.
